Alastair is one of Roxy’s first litter. What a great dog he has turned out to be. Strong and robust with an amazing personality. He is very eager to please.
Much like some of the other dogs in Roxy’s and James first litter, Alastair loves water. Not all Rottweilers do but a number of owners of this first litter have sent us pictures of their dogs having fun in the pool or on the beach. Clearly there is a penchant for water in this combination.
We will post some more pics in the future.
Alistair is a water loving Rottweiler
What can I do to please you?
Come throw the ball
Retrieving a ball from the river
Dogs are miracles with paws. I think we are drawn to dogs because they are the uninhibited creatures we might be if we weren’t certain we knew better. They fight for honor at the first challenge, make love with no moral restraint, and they do not for all their marvelous instincts appear to know about death. Being such wonderfully uncomplicated beings, they need us to do their worrying.

Very very happy. Great Dog. Only Pic I had of him on my phone. I’ll send you more later. Thanks a stack.Alex
Alastair born 2012
Alastair had an adventure this past weekend, we went to St Francis for the weekend and landed up being stranded there due to the bridge being washed away. Alastair got to experience a NSRI boat trip and a whole lot more just to get home. He really has a lovely nature, he just fits in, he is assertive but friendly which is great. He has learned to sit and lie down on command and also fetches and retrieves a tennis ball really well.Karl
Lillie and Bruce born 2012
We battle to get these dogs out of the water. They are such wonderful dogs and have settled amazingly with our other dogs.Gill
Clyde born 2012
Clyde does not want to stand still for a minute. He is very active. We live on a plot so he loves to run. Love him to bits.Valerie
Maximus and Titan born 2012
The two boys have settled in wonderfully and we are extremely happy with them, they are playful which keeps us very occupied day and night. They also know exactly where the pool is. We named them Maximus which stands for greatness which we thought is extremely appropriate and Titan which means strength, intellect and importance, which is exactly suited.Candyce
